Time of orders realization
Orders are taken every workday till 3.00 p.m. and completed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Shipment costs
Shipment costs for purchased goods are borne by the recipient. All books are sent through the Polish Post, with a choice of the shipment: priority or standard. Shipment costs depend on the type of delivery, the total weight of the ordered books and the customer country. The value of the shipping costs for different weights is based on the rates of Polish Post, and is as follows:

After adding the requested books to the cart, their weight along with shipping costs is calculated automatically by the system. In the next step of order realization it is possible to view the amount of the payment for goods and for shipment.
Shipment conditions
The customer has to transfer money on the bank account of the Publishing House in order to have his goods delivered. The shipping starts as soon as the proper amount is entered in the books.
Other shipment terms
Charges for packaging are included in the shipping costs. It is recommended to order several products at once in order to avoid additional delivery costs.
Books for shipment are properly packaged and secured. Please check them when delivered, if they were broken during transport.
Order realization status
The order realization status can be checked on a regular basis:
- if an account is created, it can be checked after logging in;
- else: it can be checked by entering order number and your e-mail.
